Inclusive Search was created by Richard Pickard after he spent almost 20 years working with international recruitment organisations. Having served as a Board Director for 7 years, he wanted to create a business that had a clear purpose & vision to reach out to a broader talent pool of candidates.
Each client mandate is treated as a unique project, requiring full research and proactive search delivery. This relationship-driven approach has resulted in Richard developing one of the most extensive networks in the City - combine this with a consultative service that far exceeds expectations and it's easy to see why virtually all business is conducted is on a repeat or referral basis.
As a member of the 30% Club, Richard is actively involved in creating leadership dialogue around gender diversity, and also in advising and mentoring candidates who although not quite ready for their next career step at this moment, have the ability and potential to be readied for such opportunities in the near future.
